How It Works

Online Sale Return Policy

When you receive the product, you have 14 days to cancel a purchase beginning from the date you receive the product. Once TeckTalk has been notified of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to ship the product back to one of our stores. TeckTalk will provide a refund within 3-5 days of receiving proof that the product has been shipped back to us.


If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 working days.

Diminished Value

If you request a refund and the product is damaged or loses value after being shipped to you, then you may have to pay for a part to repair the product or the full price of the product.

In Store Sale

Products bought in store are subject to a 14 day return period. After which the product can not be returned.

About Our Policy

Service and Sales Warranty

Services and sales, such as repairs, are covered by a 3 month warranty, or a previously agreed 9 or 12 month warranty may apply. Warranty applies as follows. All items sold will be repaired and replaced (only after a repair or replacement fails), all software and hardware repair will be attended again, until the customer is completely satisfied with our work. If not, a full refund will be made.
